You And Nature
Sometimes when I feel like I might get under the weather and I might feel a little stretched being a wife, mother, and housekeeper, I like to go into my own world, which means me taking a blanket, and floral scented incent, if you don’t have a natural garden in the back yard, putting down the blanket and lighting the incent, sitting in an Indian style position, closing my eyes and meditating to the sounds of nature. If you live in the city make sure you have a set of headphones with light music without words so the mind is only in tune with the music. Try to stay out in your world long enough for your body to feel like it is recharged with the positive energies of nature. This can be done alone or as a couple, bringing two worlds into one.

Send Your Stress Down The Drain
If you have a lot of stress, try this Day or Night:
First make sure your bathroom is dark, so if you do this in the daytime cover the windows.
Run bathwater as hot as you can take it, light 2-4 candles scented or unscented, use incents of any kind, bath beads or scented bubble bath, and a CD of nature sounds or music with no words. Words keep the mind thinking and your mind must be clear. Then get into bath and just sit back and relax for at least 30 minutes, focus on nothing but the moment you’re in. When you feel like getting out, let the water out first and sit there while it is draining and feel your stress melt away down the drain. When you are out of the tub you will feel so refreshed that you will sleep very well. If daytime, take a nap for as long as you like and wake up feeling like you never have before. This does work for my husband and I do this all the time and we pretty much are stress free. Couples can do this together, but make sure your tub is big enough for two. This makes a great romantic getaway together.
