- Wear loose clothing
- Dim the lights
- Background music- no words- instrumental or sounds of nature
- Use candles
- Room fragrance- scented candles, incense, or oil burner scent
Remember to focus on your breathing and flow with your breathing, find a word to focus on also like harmony, peace, love, or gentleness, repeat word when breathing in and out. When you are done sit for a couple of minutes before going back to your daily routine.
